We collect information you choose to provide through program applications, newsletter subscriptions, learning records, portfolio consent, and staff administration. Technical hosting providers may also process basic security and request information needed to operate the website.
How we use information
We use information to respond to applications, deliver programs, issue and verify credentials, publish approved learner work, communicate updates, protect the platform, and meet operational record-keeping needs.
Public credentials and portfolios
A credential verification page may display the learner name, program, issue date, learning hours, result, and credential status. Portfolios are published only through an approved organizational workflow. Learners should be informed before personal information becomes public.
Storage and access
Operational data is stored using managed hosting and database services. Access to private learner and administrative records is limited to authorized staff. We retain information only for as long as it supports educational, credential, security, or record-keeping purposes.
Your choices
You may ask to correct your information, withdraw a newsletter subscription, or discuss removal of optional public portfolio content. Some credential records must remain available to preserve the integrity of issued qualifications.
